Lauren is the administrator for the Beyond Faces Foundation. Prior to obtaining a degree in dental hygiene, Lauren earned degrees in journalism and industrial arts. Her graduate training is in healthcare administration and interprofessional leadership. She worked for the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals Foundation, with the Interdisciplinary Dental Education Academy, and with first-year dental students as an instructor at University of the Pacific. Lauren is credentialed to treat patients at several medical centers. She participates in clinical research and freelance projects.
